Temple Sinai invites you to join us for our High Holy Day services this fall. We are so glad you will be joining us and are confident you will find it a meaningful experience.

Admission cards are required to attend sanctuary and family services. One card is needed per adult, and it covers admission to all services on both Rosh Hashanah and Yom Kippur.

Please complete this registration form if you are not a Temple Sinai member. If you are a member, your High Holy Day admission cards are being mailed to you, but members need to register if you wish to attend any of the services via zoom or if you need additional admission cards for guests joining you for services.

In addition, both members and non-members should register if they plan to attend any of the four tot or youth services on Rosh Hashanah or Yom Kippur mornings. This is to allow us to get an approximate count, since space is limited.

The schedule of services and Zoom links will be included in your confirmation email. The schedule will also be available on our website, www.sinaibrookline.org.

If you plan to attend any of the family services scheduled for Rosh Hashanah and Yom Kippur mornings in the Weintraub Community Room, please indicate below the number of people you think will be attending.
