Temple Sinai invites you to join us for our High Holy Day services this fall. We are so glad you will be joining us and are confident you will find it a meaningful experience.
So that we know who is attending, we ask that you complete this registration form, whether you plan to attend in person or remotely.

The schedule of services and Zoom links will be included in your confirmation email. The schedule will also be available on the Temple website, www.sinaibrookline.org.

Tickets are required to attend services in our sanctuary. (One ticket covers admission to all services. Children and students with valid student ID do not need tickets.) Please indicate in the form if you are requesting tickets.
